The company

Northmere Holdings LLC is a single-member limited liability company registered in the State of Florida. It was formed to build a portfolio of independent retail brands, each selling physical consumer goods directly to customers through its own online storefront.

The company is in its launch phase. Its first storefronts are being prepared for release, with catalogue development, supplier agreements, and fulfilment arrangements currently underway. Brands will be listed on this page as they go live.

Northmere sells to retail customers only. It does not offer financial, investment, or advisory services of any kind.

  Identifying product categories with room for a well-made independent brand, then building the catalogue, positioning, and storefront around it.

  Sourcing and supply

  Selecting manufacturers and suppliers, negotiating terms, and managing quality standards and inventory across every brand in the portfolio.

  Storefront operations

  Running each online store day to day: listings and pricing, order processing, shipping, returns, and customer support.

  Administration

  Bookkeeping, tax compliance, and merchant account management are held centrally at the holding company for all storefronts.
