Refund policy

At Maelle Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy to make the process as easy as possible for you.

Return Eligibility
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it
  • The item must be unworn and unused
  • All original tags must still be attached
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted. Items that do not meet the conditions listed above will not be eligible for a return or refund.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at contact@maelle-brand.com or call us at (646) 814-8923. Please include your order number and the reason for your return in your message. Our team will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days.

Once your return is approved, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. You will not be responsible for any return shipping costs. Maelle Brand covers all return shipping fees for accepted returns within the United States.

Please do not send your item back before receiving approval and a return shipping label from our team. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted and will not be eligible for a refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maelle-brand.com or (646) 814-8923. Please include photos of the damaged or incorrect item so that we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible. We will cover all costs associated with returns or replacements for damaged or incorrect orders.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund under any circumstances:

  • Sale items and final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
  • Personal care goods such as beauty or hygiene products
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending anything back and we will be happy to assist you.

Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size, color, or item, the fastest way to get what you want is to return your original item and place a new order once your return has been approved. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email notification informing you whether your return has been approved or rejected based on the eligibility conditions described above.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7 business days from the date we receive and approve your return. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account after it has been processed on our end.

If your return is not approved because the item does not meet our return conditions, we will notify you by email and the item will be sent back to you.

If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us immediately at contact@maelle-brand.com or (646) 814-8923 and we will investigate the matter promptly.

Return Shipping
Maelle Brand provides a prepaid return shipping label for all approved returns within the United States at no cost to the customer. We currently ship to and accept returns from addresses within the United States only. We do not accept international returns at this time.

Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@maelle-brand.com or (646) 814-8923. We will do our best to accommodate your request. However, if your order has already been processed or shipped, we will not be able to cancel it and you will need to follow the return process described above once you receive your item.
