At Maelle Brand, we are committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. If you are unsure whether we ship to your location, please contact us at contact@maelle-brand.com or call (646) 814-8923 before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within up to 2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods such as holidays, promotional sales, or product launches, processing times may be slightly longer. If there is any delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
Once your order has been processed and handed off to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
Estimated Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are between 7 and 14 business days, depending on your location within the United States and the origin of the shipment. Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, peak shipping seasons, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipments from International Suppliers
Please be aware that some of our products may be shipped directly from our suppliers, who may be located outside of the United States. In these cases, your order will be shipped internationally and dispatched directly from the supplier's warehouse to your delivery address. This process allows us to offer a wider selection of products and maintain competitive pricing for our customers.
Orders shipped from international suppliers are still subject to the same estimated delivery window of 7 to 14 business days. However, depending on the origin country and customs processing, delivery may occasionally take longer. Maelle Brand works closely with its supplier network to ensure that all orders are handled with care and shipped promptly.
All products sold by Maelle Brand, regardless of shipping origin, are subject to quality standards and are covered by our Return and Refund Policy.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders shipped from international suppliers, packages may be subject to customs inspection upon entry into the United States. In most cases, customers are not required to pay additional import duties or taxes, as these are handled as part of our standard shipping arrangements. However, in rare cases where customs fees are assessed by U.S. authorities, the customer may be responsible for those charges. If you have questions about this, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Carriers
We work with a network of trusted shipping carriers to deliver your orders, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other regional or international carriers depending on the origin and destination of your shipment. The carrier assigned to your order will be indicated in your shipping confirmation email along with your tracking information.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier's system to update with the latest tracking information.
If you have not received a tracking number within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at contact@maelle-brand.com or (646) 814-8923 and we will investigate immediately.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at the time of checkout. Maelle Brand is not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at contact@maelle-brand.com or (646) 814-8923. We will do our best to update your address before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Maelle Brand is not responsible for packages that are confirmed as delivered by the carrier but reported as lost or stolen after delivery. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or any secure package locations at your address before contacting us.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives visibly damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item before opening or discarding anything. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@maelle-brand.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will assess the situation and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
Shipping Delays
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Maelle Brand is not liable for shipping delays caused by factors outside of our control, including but not limited to carrier disruptions, extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing, public holidays, or any other unforeseen events. If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will do everything we can to assist you.

Maelle Brand may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping offers are subject to specific terms and conditions and may apply to selected products, order minimums, or promotional periods only.
