Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.

Maelle Brand is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
